  2. A Canadian Secondary School Diploma; a GED certificate, or evidence of successful completion of at least 12 years of secondary study.

  4. Students learn to prioritize hygienic practices, safety precautions, and adherence to industry norms and laws.

The trainees in this program receive lesson studies, for which they need to perform at the expected levels. They earn practical scores (rubrics) when they complete assigned tasks under lesson studies.

To progress and ultimately clear the course, enrolled students are required to maintain a minimum standard of 70% for each unit of their course, and they should meet the attendance requirement.
